Dr. Latoya Brown is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. As a resident of this beautiful city for over 40 years, she has a vast knowledge of the area and the real estate market. She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Master’s in Health Administration from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Chemistry from Fayetteville State University. Her educational experience awards her a diverse skill set and unique advantage in the real estate industry.
Currently, she services her community as an Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction with Duval County Public Schools. The knowledge and skills acquired in this position has perfected her ability to analyze data to maximize great opportunities for advancement, build meaningful and positive relationships with stakeholders, act as a community liaison to bridge the gap between schools and the community, establish business partnerships, and develop a safe, trusting, and supportive environment for students, teachers, and families to collaborate to meet the individual needs of students. Latoya’s experience and educational background has furnished her with the essential tools required to be an exceptional real estate agent.
Her meticulous attention to details and love for continuous growth and learning sparked the interest to work in real estate as she embarked on the homebuying process as a first-time homebuyer approximately 10 years ago. Latoya is motivated to help sellers effectively market their property and assist buyers and investors through the real estate transaction process.
