Kimyl Smith currently resides in Jacksonville, FL and is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a minor in Chemistry. She was a part of many of the on-campus organizations and takes great pride in being an alumna. Kimyl currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors as President of The 1Eighty Group, Inc., a nonprofit organization. Their mission is to successfully equip youth in financial literacy, workforce readiness, and academic enrichment.
Kimyl originally established a relationship with Zee Luxe to obtain her first rental property. Being a natural born leader, she decided to take her career in real estate to the next level to enhance her knowledge of the industry. She plans to contribute to the real estate trade by providing service based on relativity, resourcefulness and results. She’s dually licensed in both the state of Florida and North Carolina. Her organic knack for networking and building genuine relationships drives her to become one of the top producing of agents in both areas. Kimyl is also a mobile notary as well as a loan signing agent who is readily available to provide these services to her community along with providing phenomenal real estate service.
In her spare time, she loves to contribute to her goal of “30 [countries] by 30 [years old]”. Traveling internationally is her therapy. She considers herself a “foodie” and loves to try new restaurants or food trucks and will merge both loves by traveling JUST to go try a certain restaurant! Indulging in any and everything self-care related or listening to music on her upright vinyl record player is what is considered a relaxing day to her. Spending time with her family is what makes her the happiest.
